1. Return Window
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and barcodes intact.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website:

Contact us immediately at silsilamenclothing@gmail.com with photos of the item.

We will provide a full refund or a free replacement.

In these cases, return shipping fees will be covered by us.
3. Change of Mind Returns
If you simply changed your mind:

The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.

A return shipping fee of [e.g., 15 AED - 20 AED] will be deducted from your refund to cover logistics.

Once the item is inspected and approved, we will issue your refund (excluding shipping costs).
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, perfumes).

Innerwear/Undergarments.

Items on "Final Sale."
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be provided as Store Credit/Vouchers or via bank transfer to a UAE account.
